Patrick Devereaux began his career as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser and Investment Consultant for DYCO Real Estate Company in 1991. Two years later, he transitioned to the brokerage side of the business, joining Grubb & Ellis in 1993. In 1998, Mr. Devereaux joined Cushman and Wakefield as an Associate Director and has since been promoted to Director, and then Senior Director in the Capital Markets Group. He has been awarded Cushman & Wakefield’s Top 5 Producers 4 years in a row (2002-2006) and has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitter’s Top 10.” for the past 7 years. Additionally, Patrick has been nominated for the NAIOP Investment Broker of the year in 2004-2006. A 1992 graduate of the University of Denver, Mr. Devereaux holds a BSBA in Real Estate Investment Analysis and Construction Management. Mr. Devereaux is actively involved in Brokers for Batter Kids.

A 1992 graduate of Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, Gene Pride began his real estate career in 1992 as a Broker Associate in Telluride, Colorado. In 1997, Mr. Pride moved to Denver to join Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group where he was honored as Broker of the Year in 2002. In August of 2004, Mr. Pride accepted the position of Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he focuses primary on retail and office investments. Mr. Pride has consistently been Top 5 broker for C&W’s Denver office and was recognized in the Denver Business Journals “Heavy Hitters” in 2002, 2004, 2005 and 2006, and was a finalist for NAIOP’s Investment Broker of the year in 2006. Additionally Mr. Pride is the state co-chair for the ICSC Alliance Program in the Rocky Mountain Region.

Renatta Banning is the Market Specialist for the team of Patrick Devereaux and Gene Pride. Renatta assists with all aspects of the team’s marketing efforts for property listings. She coordinates the creative production of brochures and offering memoranda while working with printers, photographers, and graphic designers. She produces high quality graphics including brochures, covers, maps, and aerials. Additionally, she assists the team’s Due Diligence and Closing process.

Troy Hansen is the financial associate for the investment sales team of Patrick Devereaux and Gene Pride in the Denver Cushman & Wakefield office. His responsibilities include performing financial analyses, coordinating due diligence and interfacing with institutional investors in the disposition and acquisition of significant office and retail properties throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.
Mr. Hansen graduated from DePaul University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and a minor in Economics.

Charmaine has been in commercial real estate for 14 years in marketing and graphic design - 10 years for Cushman & Wakefield and 4 years prior for CB Commercial Real Estate Group. She produces high quality graphics for the Devereaux/Pride team including site plans and floor plans.
Charmaine also contributes to the real estate community. She has prepared various presentations for NAIOP, the Denver Chamber of Commerce, Southeast Metro Chamber, DU Real Estate Forums, the DU Women of Enterprise, and CREW Denver Women of Influence events.

Shannon A. Sommer Elliott

As Senior Research Associate, Shannon Elliot offers top notch quantitative and qualitative skills coupled with a keen sense of market dynamics to help investors realize performance objectives. Ms. Elliot has conducted a variety of research and consulting assignments for public and private sector clients, ranging from highest and best use analyses, feasibility studies and due diligence investigations, to domestic and international market evaluations, demographic profiles, attitudinal assessments and occupancy reviews.
Ms. Elliot holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Denver, where she graduated Cum Laude, and is working to complete her Master's degree in the same field at the same institution.
